Covid-19 Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event OFVC 2022 is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic beyond our control, OFVC will provide the following options for reimbursement for all exhibitors and sponsors:

  • Option 1: OFVC will provide a full refund minus any applicable credit card transaction fees. Fees will be refunded within 4–6 weeks of the event being cancelled.
  • Option 2: Exhibit/sponsor contract fee will be rolled forward to the 2023 convention.

This policy applies only to a full event cancellation due to government or public health restrictions. For cancellations originated by an exhibitor, for any reason including COVID-19 concerns, the standard cancellation policy applies. OFVC is not responsible under any circumstances for providing reimbursement or refund of any costs for services booked with third parties such as lodging or hotel expenses, travel related expenses or other contractor/cancellation fees incurred by the exhibitor as a result of event cancellation.

NOTE: As of September 22, 2021, as mandated by the Government of Ontario, all attendees will need to be fully vaccinated and provide their proof of vaccination using the Government issued application or proof of vaccination along with photo ID to access the Scotiabank Convention Center.
