The Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention is an annual gathering of horticultural fruit and vegetable producers, from across Ontario, Canada and the United States. The 2-day convention utilizes over 300,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space at the state-of-the-art Niagara Falls Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and features a great lineup of horticultural experts, topical educational sessions, trade show exhibitors and great networking opportunities.

Proof of Insurance Required
General Liability insurance providing coverage of at least $2,000,000 inclusive of bodily injury and/or property damage for each occurrence is mandatory. Obtain a certificate from your insurance provider and then upload your certificate through the new online exhibitor portal (available in early December). If you do not have an insurance provider, you can obtain insurance coverage from the official convention insurance provider, Vendor Insurance Inc. This company specializes in special event insurance and offers inexpensive and accurate short term exhibitors insurance. Visit the Exhibitor Resources page to download an insurance application form.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. If written notice is received prior to January 15, a $200 per booth space administration fee will be deducted from funds paid. All payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made after January 15.
OFVC publishes the only official Show Guide magazine of the convention, distributing both a printed and digital version to all attendees. The publication is a must have for attendees and includes the complete educational session schedule, speaker bios, trade show floorplan and a host of interesting industry articles. Direct sales solicitation at the Conference is limited to exhibitors and their agents. Suitcasing occurs when an individual who is neither an exhibitor or sponsor, walsk the trade show floor and attempts to sell a product or service to exhibitors.
Please note that while all convention attendees are invited to the showcase, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business or distributing materials in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.
OFVC provides FREE parking at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Large truck parking is also available. See Exhibitor Manual for details. Vehicles parked illegally will be subject to penalty as per posted signs by the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Please note there is no parking in the Loading Dock area. Overflow parking is available off-site should the convention centre parking lot become full. Please follow parking lot attendant's directions. A complimentary shuttle service is provided from the overflow parking area to the convention centre.

In consideration of admission to the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention, the attendee or exhibitor hereby gives permission in perpetuity to reproduce, copy, publish, or otherwise use his/her likeness and/or voice, whether in electronic or print media, as taken from the event or any material based upon or derived there from, or to refrain from so doing, in whole or in part, throughout the world. Professional videography by attendees and exhibitors is not permitted unless it is pre-authorized by OFVC.
We are committed to providing a safe space for all attendees. Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention and will result in immediate removal from the convention centre and a permanent ban from all future OFVC conventions. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses any acts of harassment or discrimination to report it to the OFVC Show Office in the registration area.

Please be aware that any solicitation trying to sell you the attendee list and contacts is a scam. OFVC has no affiliation with any such companies, and does not sell/make attendee contact information publicly available as per our privacy policy.
Hotel Booking Scams
OFVC does not use 3rd party hotel booking companies. Please make all hotel bookings by contacting the official convention hotel directly using the information posted on our website. Do not make any hotel reservations through any company that claims to represent OFVC. These companies are NOT representatives of OFVC.
