Embassy Suites by Fallsview Hotel
The official convention hotel is the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Fallsview Hotel, located at 6700 Fallsview Blvd., right beside Niagara Falls. Be astounded by spectacular views from the huge windows in the two-room suites. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to both the Convention Centre and Fallsview Casino.
A complimentary shuttle service runs throughout each day from the Embassy Suites hotel to the Convention Centre. As convention centre parking can become full, it is recommended that all hotel guests utilize the free shuttle service to the convention.
The special convention room rate is $155 + taxes per night and is available on a first come, first served basis until the block is sold out.

Wyndham Fallsview Hotel
Should the Embassy Suites be unavailable, a secondary block of rooms has been arranged at the Wyndham Fallsview Hotel, 6455 Fallsview Blvd., Niagara Falls. To make a reservation, call 1.800.363.3255 8am - midnight and mention OFVC. Here are the rate details:
- Available Feb. 16 – 19.
- $125/night++ (single-double), city view room (rate available until Feb 9).
- Complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Complimentary use of pool and fitness room.
- Self Parking - $22/day.
- Note: Breakfast not included.
Air Travel
If you are flying from within Canada or outside North America, you should fly to Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport (YYZ). If you are flying from the USA, we recommend flying to Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF). A discounted conference rate for shuttle service is available from both airports (see below).
Airport Shuttle Reservations
OFVC has contracted Niagara Airbus Inc., to provide discounted shuttle service for the Toronto airport and Buffalo Airport Shuttle for the Buffalo airport.

Speakers arriving/departing on flights from outside of North America can select the "Exclusive" option. All other speakers are required to select "Shuttle-Shared Ride". The cost from Toronto Pearson Airport is $85.60 plus taxes and gratuity per person and $162.40 plus taxes and gratuity per person for Toronto Pearson Airport.
