Stronco has the products and services to give you a professional appearance and increased visibility. Leading up to the show we may periodically touch base with you to make sure all your exhibiting needs are taken care of. If you have not yet received your booth assignment and would like to access the Stronco catalogue to view products, services and pricing, use the generic booth number 0000.

Note - Your booth package includes a skirted table and 2 chairs.
Carpet is not included and is not a show requirement. However, a floor covering is recommended to enhance the look of the show and as a courtesy to your booth staff. Exhibitors may bring their own carpeting/floor covering or arrange for it to be provided through Stronco.

Note – One electrical outlet, wi-fi and parking are included with your booth package.

Stage Vision is responsible for hanging banners/rigging at the NFCC. To arrange for the hanging of signs/banners, contact Carissa Sommise, csommise@stagevision.com.

If you do not have liability coverage through your regular insurance policy, obtain coverage from the OFVC preferred insurance provider, Vendor Insurance Inc. This company specializes in special event insurance and offers cost-effective short-term exhibitor insurance. Complete and forward with payment as directed. This is a third-party service provider. It is recommended that international exhibitors bring a copy of this letter with them. You may be asked to present it when entering Canada. Letters will be sent directly to out-of-country company contacts in January by OFVC.

Please be aware that any solicitation trying to sell you the attendee list and contacts is a scam. OFVC has no affiliation with any such companies, and does not sell/make attendee contact information publicly available as per our privacy policy.

Hotel Booking Scams
OFVC does not use 3rd party hotel booking companies. Please make all hotel bookings by contacting the official convention hotel directly using the information posted on our website. Do not make any hotel reservations through any company that claims to represent OFVC. These companies are NOT representatives of OFVC.
